E-mail Delivery in 72 Hrs
PC products are delivered to customers by e-mail as a zipped-up file attachment (up to 3 mb in size) - you’ll need WinZip or PKZip to decompress it.

Mac products are delivered in the same way, but as a Stuffit archive file, and you will need Stuffit Expander to open them.

If you do not provide a correct and working e-mail address on the payment screen we will be unable to deliver your product to you (but we will automatically refund your money). Please make sure you enter your e-mail address carefully!

Please note we are unable to accept orders originating from free e-mail providers such as Hotmail or Yahoo.

When you order from us, you will immediately receive an e-mail from our payment processing system. This message is very important and should be kept safe, as it contains a special reference number which must be quoted if you need to contact us for support.

Automatic Currency Conversion
Although our prices are set in US Dollars customers from outside the USA can pay in UK Pounds Sterling, Yen or Euros if they wish. There is a currency selection menu on the payment page.

System Requirements.
You should ensure that your system meets/exceeds the specifications shown. If in doubt, please download a demo version first. Remember also that you will need either WinZip or Stuffit Expander is also required to open the distribution package in which your software will be delivered.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds are generally only issued in the case of system incompatibility and we reserve the right to refuse to give a refund in certain cases.
